M10 series diode lasers, through material surface treatment technology, significantly improve the surface state of the patch material surface, enhance the surface wetting characteristics, reduce and homogenize the thermal stress, and comprehensively improve the performance parameters (such as reducing smile, improving the degree of polarization and narrowing the spectrum).
At present, this product series introduces beam conversion technology (BTS), which converts the beam with extremely asymmetric beam quality in two directions of the fast and slow axis of semiconductor laser into the spot with basically similar beam quality in two directions.

MF Series optical fiber coupling components with an optional wavelength of 808 / 980 / 1470nm. BWT's experienced European and Chinese technical teams have provided a solid foundation for bar module design. BWT adopts automatic equipment to ensure the performance consistency of batch products; Separate FAC collimation and VBG coupling process are adopted to ensure the best optical effect.
At present, the optional band of this series of products has been increased by 630-690nm.
AM series diode laser adopts hard solder AuSn and heat sink material with matching thermal expansion coefficient, which effectively avoids the defects of indium such as thermal fatigue, electrothermal migration, and oxidation.
At present, the power output of this series of products will be upgraded to 250W / bar, and the packaging height of a single bar will be reduced to 2.38mm.

In order to meet the growing demand for lightweight, small-volume, and high-power of semiconductor diode lasers pump modules. We have developed a fiber-coupled diode laser pump module using a novel approach.
To achieve high power-to-weight ratios, composite metal and polymer materials are used to achieve compact and lightweight designs with adequate heat dissipation capabilities. The main body of the module is made of lightweight composite polymer material. Chip-on-substrate (COS) is mounted on a highly thermally conductive metal heat sink embedded in the module body.
The double-sealing structure is designed to form a series sealing system, which reduces the leakage rate to about 10-9 Pa·m3/s. The output laser power of the device exceeds 200 W from a 105 μm core fiber with a numerical aperture (NA) of 0.22. The weight of the module is lower than 200g. The power-weight ratio is higher than 1W/g.
